Royal Shoji's food division started in 1999.
We have developed a number of high-grade food brands, including
"Yamagata Beef Yakiniku (grilled meat made from an entire cow, where we purchase the whole cow )."

The restaurant offers a wide range of cuisines, including yakiniku, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu,
pork cutlet, beef cutlet, sushi, eel, and Western food, and is known for its highly specialized cuisine.
What all the brands and stores we operate have in common is our desire to make our customers smile.
A variety of dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, a high-quality restaurant that complements them, and professional staff.
We will provide our customers with extra special time and space.

    Purchasing a whole Cow

    Our commitment to ingredients is symbolized by our "buying the whole Yamagata beef cow" and "buying the whole Shinshu beef cow." We purchase several dozen whole Japanese beef cows from local producers each year, and offer rare cuts that are rarely seen. Our strength is the quality that cannot be replicated by ordinary yakiniku restaurants.

    Carefully Selected Ingredients

    We are careful and particular about the selection of ingredients. We use only the highest quality ingredients, such as Yamagata beef, which has a fine texture and excellent taste, Shinshu beef, which is rich in aroma and flavor, and domestic pork raised on pure water and safe feed. As might be expected, all of our rice is produced in Japan.

    Product Development

    One of the strengths of the Food Division is its commitment to product development. In order to provide customers with not only the main dish of Yakiniku, but also a variety of side dishes, salads, and desserts, all of our cooking staff hone their skills and work on regular menu development.

  • Strength-04

    High level of expertise

    The high level of expertise of each staff member is what supports our commitment to ingredients and the creation of an extraordinary store space. Special skills are required to butcher Japanese beef, and the hall staff must behave in a manner that matches the dignity and atmosphere of the store. The Food Division focuses on staff education.
